In Part I, we explored the power of laying of hands, vocalizing intention, and using the body’s natural electromagnetic field to activate healing within 60 seconds.

Secret #3: The One Minute Rule — Part II

Breath, Movement, and the Energy of Emotion

One of the most immediate ways to shift your emotional and physical state is through intentional breathing.

Here’s a calming breath technique I recommend:

  1. Inhale slowly through the nose, and mentally count “2001… 2002… 2003…” up to 2005.

  2. Hold the breath gently at the top.

  3. Exhale gradually through your mouth, counting from 2006 to 2010.

  4. Repeat 3–6 times.

You will enter a state of calm, balance, and peace — in minutes.

🧠 Breath + Intention = Inner Reset

You can enhance this breath by adding words of affirmation, such as:

“I am so happy and grateful now that I am calm, centered, and breathing in peace.”

You’re not just calming the body — you’re anchoring new information into your emotional and energetic field.

🔬 The Science of Movement & Mood

According to sports medicine and brain research, just five minutes of cardio or sensory-rich movement can radically alter brainwave patterns. Within 30 minutes, brain scans resemble those of a happy, emotionally regulated person — and the positive effect can last up to 4 hours.

Walking, dancing, rebounding, hiking, or even gentle swaying while listening to music — they all count.

The key is multi-sensory input:
👃 scent
👁️ sight
👂 sound
💨 breath
👣 motion

This sensory “now data” bypasses old emotional patterns — allowing your nervous system to stay present. The result? Stored trauma and negative emotions lose their grip.

🌱 Viktoras' Pro Tip:
If you’re feeling emotionally heavy, don’t sit in it.

Move your body.
Breathe deeply.
Get into nature.
Smell something beautiful.
Listen to music that moves you.
Let life into your cells.

And if you want to go even deeper — take digestive or systemic enzymes on an empty stomach.

These enzymes help break down and clear out old, emotion-tagged molecules lingering in your bloodstream. Think of them as emotional cleanup crews.

And Remember:
Emotion is energy in motion.
When you breathe with intention and move with awareness, your body remembers what it means to feel free.
