✨ Secret #1: The Lazarus Effect
Yes — I’ve witnessed the "dead" return to life. Not in metaphor, but through the transformational power of food, microbes, and belief.
One of the most powerful tools in my arsenal is what I call the Lazarus Effect — the ability to bring food, and the body, back to life through microbial fermentation.
I make rich, living cheeses from:
Raw Sunflower Seeds
Water or Sunflower Milk
Roasted Tahini
Roasted Peanut Butter
Roasted Almond Butter
These seed cheeses and yogurts are delicious, satisfying, and most importantly — pre-digested. That means trillions of airborne microbes convert the fats and proteins into easily absorbable nutrients, supercharging your B vitamin complex and your life force.
This practice is rooted in ancient traditions — in India, soups and stews are left out overnight to invite friendly bacteria. The result? Better digestion, deeper nourishment, and food that literally feeds your soul.
